How much does Traverse cost?

Opening an account is free and there is no setup fee. You can invoice customers, track debts and manage customers without paying anything. Transfers out cost a flat ₦50 each. See the pricing page for the details.

Who is Traverse for?

Freelancers, shops, makers, agencies and other small businesses in Nigeria that want one place to get paid, follow up on money owed and pay suppliers.

What do I need to verify my business?

You start with your personal details and add business information as you grow. Each verification tier unlocks higher limits, and you can see what each tier needs in Settings once you sign up.

How do customers pay me?

Once you open your business account you get a dedicated account number. Customers pay into it by bank transfer and the money shows up in your Traverse balance.

How do I use Traverse on WhatsApp?

Message the Traverse Assistant and follow the link it sends to connect your account with a one-time code. After that you can check sales, invoices, customers and what is owed right from the chat.

I didn't get my verification or reset email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can request a new verification link from the sign-in screen, and a new reset link from "Forgot password?". Reset links expire after one hour.
